Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, this account has been banned forever for using a 3rd party program to alter Club Penguin information.

Recently we become aware of a ‘trainer’ program which allowed penguins to purchase current and past items without using coins. It also allowed penguins to alter their membership status. The program is a ‘hacker’ program which can easily be downloaded from the hackers web site.

In an effort to take action against this we changed our security settings to cause anyone who was using this software, or any other method of getting free items or membership to be banned.
